Sunday Worship Service

We meet at 10am at Medbury School Hall at 8 Creyle Road, Ilam.

In our Sunday worship services, we seek to see everyone experience and express joy in God through Jesus Christ in an increasing way. We come before the Lord to worship him in reverence, humility, anticipation, love, and thankfulness. We expect God to speak to us through His Word (the Bible) by the Holy Spirit in the reading, preaching, and proclamation of Scripture. We pray knowing that God calls us to pray and is pleased to hear our voice.

We sing a mixture of hymns and contemporary songs as we worship God, providing a context where people from any generation can come and worship. We provide a full creche service and Sunday school classes for children through the school term, with the goal of teaching children the Gospel and equipping them to share and live out their faith. Our service is followed by morning tea to allow time to connect and fellowship with each other.

“Enter his gates with thanksgiving, and his courts with praise! Give thanks to him; bless his name! For the Lord is good; his steadfast love endures forever, and his faithfulness to all generations.” Pslam 100:4-5
