DISCIPLESHIP

During the week, people from Grace meet together for Discipleship - helping one another grow spiritually in gendered groups that are normally between 3-5 people. Our vision for Discipleship is to imitate Jesus by investing in one another spiritually and by encouraging one another in a life-on-life context. Paul also modelled and charged Timothy to do so in 2 Timothy. The Goal of Discipleship is that everyone in the church would grow to spiritual maturity and experience and express joy in God through Jesus.

Discipleship groups commit to a specific length of time and a specific curriculum to grow deeply and intentionally. When the specified time is over, and the curriculum is completed, those who were discipled are then encouraged to go and disciple others, thereby fulfilling 2 Timothy 2:2.
