Family Life and Ministry – Grace Theological College Lecture Series, Semester 1, 2016

Semester 1, 2016. Starts 14 March, ends 20 June, 2016.

Monday evenings 7:30 – 9:30, at Grace House, 29 Maidstone Rd, Ilam.

However wonderful or weird in our experience, everyone is part of a family! This lecture series will explore the nature of family formation and dynamics in the light of the Scriptures.

Topics covered will include: How we relate to each other;  The history of ‘the family’;  How ‘the family’ impacts society today;  How our own family dynamics affect our lives and the Church.

This series is free to all participants and will be taught by Steve Williams.

Steve holds a M.A. (Wheaton Graduate School, USA) in theological studies and interpersonal relations, and a Ph.D. (Florida State University, USA) in family science and family therapy. Over the past 4 decades, Dr Williams has lectured internationally at both the undergraduate and graduate level, and has served as an interdenominational consultant in pastoral care.

    Starting December 25, 2016, Sunday Morning Worship takes place at 10am in the Piano, located on 156 Armagh Street. Free parking for GPC attendees is available off Oxford Terrace.
