During the final passover, Jesus did something revolutionary. Despite being the greatest at the table, even the greatest to ever live, he chose to get his hands dirty and serves his disciples. Jesus makes the same offer to us as well, he will cleanse us if we allow him.
God calls us to rest every 7 days. In Leviticus he also calls for a Sabaath Year (every 7 years) and a Year of Jubilee (every 49 years). This gives us a picture of eternity and demands that we trust Him to provide for us!
Culture today has a lot to say about sex: who it’s for, when it should happen, and so on. The popular culture during the writing of both Leviticus and the New Testament also had a lot to say about sex. Rusty looks into Leviticus 18 and shows that we shouldn’t allow culture to define sexuality, but rather to Scripture. God has a wonderful vision and purpose for sex, and we will be most satisfied when we choose to do things his way.
Rusty takes another look at the book of John. This is the second part of a John 12 sermon series, with the first part (All About the Heart) being found here.
Rusty takes a look at three different heart conditions: That of Lazarus, Mary, and Judas. Ultimately we must realize that love for Christ is never wasted, and we need to worship Him who our hearts need the most.
